Ahoj. Zajímalo by mne, jestli je vhodné po power pleytu jít hned na lymfodrenáž a je vhodné po lymfodrenáži na power pleyt? ještě jsem se chtěla zeptat zda se může po lymfodrenáži provvozovat nějaký sport, například kolo, volejbal. Děkuju.
Dobrý den, Lenko. Lymfodrenáž je určitě vhodné kombinovat s pohybem, ideálně ve vodním prostředí. Pokud chcete lymfodrenáž a cvičení (power pl.) absolvovat v krátkém časovém úseku za sebou, doporučuji pořadí power plate, pak lymfodrenáž. V obráceném pořadí doporučuji lymfodrenáž a až tak 2h po cvičení (jakékoliv).

Skvělý dotaz, také mě napadlo jestli je kombinace lymfodrenáž a cvičení zrovna ideální, jsem ráda že je to v pořádku. Ale když už tu mluvíte o Power Platu, chodím také do jednoho studia, kde ho provozují a nejsem si jistá jestli ta lymfodrenáž, co tam dělají je správná. Je přístrojová a vždy když přijdu, tak akorát strčím nohy do nohavic, odležím si to tam, dají mi napít a to je všechno, nepřijde mi to profesionální, co myslíte? :-/
To určitě není v pořádku, před lymfodrenáží by vám určitě měla obsluha přístroje (takže člověk který ví co dělá a je vyškolený profesionál), otevřít lymfatické uzliny. Když se neotevřou, lymfodrenáž může být opravdu nebezpečná, doporučuji změnit salon, nebo alespoň nechodit v tom samém salonu i na lymfodrenáž...
Navazuji na poslední dotaz, můžete mi prosím sdělit, jak se otvírají lymfatické uzliny? Nevím, co si představit. Také chodím do studia na lymfodrenáž s nohavicemi. Děkuji Vám.
Dobrý den Lenko, dle mých zkušeností probíhá otevření lymfatických uzlin pomocí speciální hmatů v oblasti krku, asi vám je nepopíšu, ale moje lymfoterapeutka to dělá po každé :) myslím, že lymfodrenáž je jinak k ničemu :)
Milá Zino, děkuji Vám za odpověď, ale podle mých zkušeností by tedy musela být mnohá centra uzavřena. Na lymfodrenáž chodím do různých center, ale ještě nikdy jsem nikde nezažila to, co popisujete. Ach jo.
Byla jsem na celotělové lymfodrenáži a tam mi prováděla pomocí hmatů otevření lymfatických uzlin. Následně jsem šla na nohavice a tam už je neprováděli. Podle mě, pokud se jedná jen o lymfodrenáž s nohavicemi, tak na to kašlou. Na celotělové ne.
Lymfatické uzliny by se měly uvolňovat vždy...

Pokud mají nohavice i pokračování do oblasti pupku, kde se nafukují a dochází tak ke kompresi v oblasti třísel a podbřišku, tak by se dalo odpustit, že nebyl uzliny třísel ošetřeny ručně. Ovšem za sebe vždy doporučuji bez diskuzí ručně ošetřit uzliny v oblasti krku a spádové uzliny horních či dolních končetin dle lokality otoku.
